The following terms and conditions apply to workshop bookings made on our website. For group bookings, order-made bookings and bookings from other websites, please contact us.
Please note that we should prepare classes, schedule employees, prepare workshops and pay for places in advance.
Summary of costs for workshop cancellations and rescheduling
In time (cancellation): Cancellation up to 14 days before the workshop starts: 50% per ticket
Cancellation up to 3 days before the start of the workshop: no refund.
Unused gift cards: no refund.
Substitution by others: It is possible to have someone else replace your seat. In this case, please contact us in advance at the following email: info@umaminovation.com
Cancellation by Umaminnovation and force majeure:
The event may be cancelled due to insufficient number of participants, ill health of the lecturer or other force majeure. In this case, the customer will be informed by email and the workshop ticket will be refunded.
Force majeure:
When the cancellation of an activity is due to a third party or an event which we do not have control over, the customer will be offered an alternative date. If the customer does not use an alternative date and does not respond within one month, the website’s refund obligation lapses.
